Terms of Service

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in methods under your control, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You may not use Avly account to impersonate another person, evade a suspension, abuse verification systems, or interfere with the service.

Avly account may verify a phone number, email address, or Google identity before attaching it to an account. A verified contact is an authentication signal; it is not a guarantee of a person’s legal identity. Google sign-in uses Google’s stable account identifier and verified email claims to help prevent duplicate accounts.

When you authorize an Avly product, Avly account may share the identity claims and scopes shown on the authorization screen. You can review and revoke active product connections from your account where that feature is available.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Avly account to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We will take reasonable steps to protect account data and communicate material changes where appropriate.
